The new Consolidated Act on the protection of personal data has been in force since 01.01.2004, which introduces innovations regarding privacy obligations by companies.
The introduction of the new regulatory indications implies a consequent adaptation of the company organization both at an IT and procedural level.

The activity offered by WP HORIZONS includes the following activities:

• Preparation of documents required by the "minimum security measures", including the Security Policy Document (DPS).
• Appointments persons in charge
• Information and possible consent to data processing
